On booking a 50% deposit will be taken, the remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the full payment must be made at time of booking.
A good housekeeping deposit must be paid with balance due six weeks prior to booking, this will be refundable after cleaning on departure.

This university city has numerous visitor attractions such as The Old Town Jail, Holy Rude Church, The Smith Art Gallery and museum alongside quaint shopping arcades a modern shopping centre and plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The National Wallace Monument and the Battle of Bannockburn visitor centre are only a few minutes away by car.
The historic Spa town of Bridge of Allan situated next to the Allan water river is just a few miles away from Stirling city centre. Here there is a range of unique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars alongside some stunning Victorian architecture.
Stirling has fantastic leisure and sporting facilities both indoor and outdoor. The Kings Park Golf club is just a 10 min walk away. Other very easily accessible sports available locally are tennis, horse riding, cycling, shooting, fishing, hill walking, skiing and quad biking. A new leisure centre is a 5 min drive away offering a huge array of sporting activities.
Stirling excellent transport links by train, bus and car. Edinburgh is 1 hour away by car and Glasgow just 35 mins. It is also only a short drive away from Perth, Callendar and Falkirk.
