The four holiday cottages were architecturally designed and built in 2000. The cottages have been built on the site of the former Boll farm steading. The original farmhouse has been completely renovated and forms the owners' home.
Although it is no longer a farm, the Boll is in the fortunate position of being surrounded by beautiful scenery and historic buildings enjoying clear views of Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument.
It is situated at the foot of Silver Glen from which access is gained to the highest peak in the Ochil Hills - Ben Cleuch.
All of the cottages are tastefully decorated and furnished to the same high quality and come fully equipped with all the necessary implements, appliances and utensils to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. It is worth noting that the courtyard and ground floor accommodation is all at the same level which is particularly important to anyone with impaired mobility. One downstairs double bedroom with ensuite attached consisting of a double shower, w.c and sink. There is a plasma screen mounted TV in the bedroom. One upstairs twin room with ensuite bathroom consisting of bath , wc and sink. There is a seperate downstairs wc, toilet and sink with a large storage cupboard attached, containg ironing board, iron, mop and bucket, hoover and airer.
A kitchen/dining area fully equipped with fridge and small freezer compartment, oven , hob and grill, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The living area consists of two 3 seater couches and a leather chair. There is a plasma screen TV with DVD and CD player. Telephone and broadband connection.

This cottage consists of one double and one twin room, a shower room and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area enjoys panoramic views to the west.

Ben Cleuch has accommodation on two levels. On the ground floor is the following; Open plan kitchen, dining and living area, double bedroom with large ensuite and separate shower room, grab rail at side of bath and moulded toilet seat. The upper floor has a further double room and a twin room. The living area and all of the bedrooms enjoy panoramic views to the west.

This cottage has accommodation on two levels. The ground floor accommodates the kitchen, dining and living area, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a further twin room. The living area and three of the bedrooms enjoy views into the landscaped courtyard.

Mill Glen contains one double and one twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. All of the accommodation is on one level and the living area enjoys views onto the landscaped courtyard.
Open all year for individual and group bookings and can accommodate any number of nights - including a one night only stay.
One bedroom and 2 bedroom flat also available for short term rents.

All rooms are nicely decorated, have laminated flooring, double glazing with gas central heating. The main lounge seating is leather. The cottages are contained within a cobbled courtyard. There is a fenced off area at the back which is secure for children, away from the main road.
