The apartment is situated approximately 2 minutes walk from Stirling Railway and Bus Stations and is also 5 minutes walk from the centre of town where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and of course tourist attractions such as the Town Jail and Stirling Castle.

The apartment is available all year round and long term lets may also be available.
The house is on two levels and is situated within the heritage area of the old St Ninians Parish Church and has been completely upgraded in 2014. This includes a new gas central heating system, new kitchen, new shower and toilet upstairs and the addition of a shower and toilet downstairs. It has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, one double, one twin and one single, allowing 5 to sleep comfortably. It has been totally redecorated with new carpets upstairs and laminated flooring downstairs.
There is no driveway, however there is free roadside parking by the house.
It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the centre of Stirling.
