Set within the historic Victorian Spa town of Bridge of Allan, Coneyhill Lodge offers spacious, contemporary accommodation within in a quiet residential area yet conveniently close to all local amenities.

Coneyhill Lodge is the perfect base for your holiday in Bridge of Allan.

Situated in picturesque surroundings, the lodge is a listed building and has recently been completed to the highest standard, remaining sympathetic to its Victorian beginnings.

Bridge of Allan is a picturesque town, a very short distance from Stirling Town Centre and the magnificent campus of the University of Stirling.

Over two levels, Coneyhill Lodge is very bright and modern, and offers the following accommodation:

Entrance Vestibule with cloakroom cupboard.
Lounge with 2 x 3 seater sofas and large plasma TV.

Kitchen with dining table for 6, breakfast bar, wine chiller, 5 ring gas hob, double oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, double sink and ample storage space.

Conservatory with seating for 6.

From the lounge the hall leads to the ensuite bedroom with a king-sized bed, fitted double wardrobe and shower cubicle.

On the upper level there are a further two twin/large double bedrooms with beds that can be linked together, both bedrooms have a chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle.
All rooms are fitted with roller blinds.

The south facing garden is private and child friendly allowing you to enjoy breakfast on the patio or that well earned glass of wine at the end of a long day sightseeing.

The patio has ample seating for 6 and a barbecue. If you are looking for a more leisurely day the lodge is only a short walk from the restaurants, cafes and shops on offer in Bridge of Allan.

This historic Spa Town offers everything you could wish for. A walk through the beautiful University of Stirling Campus leads you to the foot of the Wallace Monument, where you can enjoy a coffee before your start your ascent. The university has excellent sports facilities and an Arts Centre. The village with its restaurants, cafes, deli and individual shops has something for everyone. The famous Gleneagles Resort is a short 15 mile drive and St Andrews, the home of golf is a 1 hour away.

If you prefer the outdoors there are beautiful riverside and woodland walks to enjoy. Bridge of Allan is a popular holiday destination and Coneyhill Lodge is also the perfect place to stay to enjoy the historic attractions that Stirling has to offer as it is only a short drive into the centre of the City.
